Preliminary announcement of the seminar Work Integration Luxembourg

The labour market in Luxembourg is often a new world for people with a refugee status. In addition to unknown occupational fields and job profiles, working conditions and values in companies also differ from previous experiences.

The aim of our seminar is to enable people who have been given the refugee or subsidiary protection status, to plan the next steps for their career start or a new professional approach.

In order for the participants to be aware of their strengths and abilities, we work together to draw up an individual educational and professional biography and compile job-related competencies.

A large part of the skills that are used in the profession are not documented in certificates, but are learned over the course of a lifetime.

Our seminar focuses on recognizing and implementing such competencies. The CH-Q competence management supports the participants in becoming aware of their own abilities and competencies and in creating an individual competence profile. Afterwards, a realistic plan of action is established which contains the next professionally relevant steps and goals of the participants. The participants are actively supported in the further implementation of this plan of action.

A new seminar in English will take place from 21.05.2024 until 14.06.2024 in cooperation with the ADEM (Agency for Employment).

Location : Esch sur Alzette / online

An informational event for all interested persons will take place on 17.04.2024 at the ADEM in Hamm.
