Preliminary announcement of the programme "Tremplin 5.0"
Take stock of your skills and take your career forward. Are you thinking about your career? Do you want to better identify your skills, set a realistic career goal and prepare applications tailored to the job market? Tremplin 5.0 is a practical programme that guides you step by step through the process of building your career plan. You work at your own pace on our e-learning platform whilst benefiting from support, opportunities for discussion and feedback on your work.
What you’ll achieve
During the programme, you’ll learn to:
- identify your skills, strengths and experience;
- build your skills profile;
- explore careers and sectors that match your profile;
- set a career goal and draw up a practical action plan;
- analyse job vacancies and compare the skills required with your profile;
- tailor your CV and cover letter to a specific vacancy;
- prepare for your job interviews;
- use digital tools and artificial intelligence thoughtfully to support your job search.
At the end of the programme, you will have a personal portfolio containing your skills profile, your career plan, your action plan and application documents tailored to your objectives.
How does Tremplin 5.0 work?
The programme combines:
- modules and practical exercises to be completed independently online on our platform;
- one-to-one sessions, either in person or via video conference;
- personalised support and feedback from a coach
Who is this programme for?
Tremplin 5.0 is aimed at people who wish to advance their career plans and who:
- have basic IT skills;
- are able to work independently;
- have access to a computer and a stable internet connection;
The course is delivered in French.
