Preliminary announcement of the training "Office-Assistentin"
The next further training "Office-Assistentin" will take place from January 8th to October 11th 2024
Our further training “Office-Assistentin” is directed to job-seeking women (those returning to work or currently unemployed) who want to work in the field of administration, assistance or accounting. The 10-months further training course comprises 28 hours per week in Esch/Alzette.
Course content ranges from Windows and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint- to more advanced topics such as office management, communication training, business administration and accounting, marketing, business correspondence and foreign languages (F/G/E/L). The acquired knowledge is reinforced by a five-week internship in a company in Luxembourg.
To ensure that each participant is aware of her strengths and abilities, we work together to create an individual educational and professional biography and develop job-related skills. Furthermore, we will help them in their job search and offer them comprehensive application training.
Training location: Zarabina asbl. in Esch/Alzette.
Requirements: Good knowledge of French, German and Luxembourgish. The participant must be enrolled in the ADEM.
Interested persons who are registered with ADEM and who wish to participate in the seminar are invited to request an invitation from their ADEM consultant to attend the information session to be held on 23.10.2023.
During the information session, attendees will meet the seminar leaders and receive information on the content of the training, the procedure, and our working methods. Interested persons will be able to register on a list for an individual selection interview.
The further training "Office-Assistentin" is supported by the "Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de l'Économie sociale et solidaire" and the "Ministère de l'Education nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse - Service de la Formation Professionelle". The final certificate is officially recognized by the government.
