Would you like to work in Luxembourg in the fields of administration, accounting or secretarial work?
This practical and intensive course enables you, in just 3.5 months, to acquire the skills needed to quickly integrate modern, digitalised accounting processes. The integration of AI and work on developing personal and methodological skills will strengthen your profile for effective management of administrative tasks.
A 4-week work placement will help you enter the job market.
FACTS & FIGURES
Duration: 318 hours of training + 4 weeks of internship
Total length: Approx. 3.5 months
Tools: Sage BOB, Peppol, MS Office 365, AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Gemini,
Claude, Notebook LM…) and collaboration tools (Teams)
Format: Full-time
- 30 hours/week of classes
- 10 hours/eek of independent study
- followed by 40 hours/week of work placement
Location: Zarabina, Esch-sur-Alzette
Participants: max. 12
Cost: free of charge (funded by the Ministry of Labour)
This course is aimed at:
- Jobseekers with a baccalaureate and/or some initial experience in administration, secretarial work or office organisation
- Young employees with little professional experience wishing to gain qualifications in accounting
Entry requirements
- French - B Level B2 minimumB
- Second language: German, Luxembourgish or English – minimum B1 level
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office
- Interest in numbers, organisation and digital work
- Motivation to establish a career in Luxembourg
Career prospects
Upon completion of the course, you will be able to organise and carry out administrative work efficiently, use accounting software and AI-assisted digital tools, perform digital accounting tasks independently and will be ready to enter the Luxembourg labour market.
